On a seemingly ordinary Thursday evening, tragedy struck near Yellowstone National Park when a devastating collision occurred between a pickup truck and a tour van. This heartbreaking incident unfolded just before 7:15 p.m. on U.S. Highway 20, close to Henry’s Lake State Park in eastern Idaho, leaving a profound impact on families and communities far and wide.
The crash involved a pickup truck driven by 25-year-old Isaih Moreno from Humble, Texas, and a tour van that was transporting foreign travelers, specifically a Mercedes vehicle carrying 14 people. Unfortunately, seven individuals lost their lives due to the collision, including both the driver of the pickup truck and six tourists onboard the van. The victims’ identities remain pending, primarily due to the severe condition of the bodies, necessitating DNA testing for identification.
